Your exciting journey into a
digital world starts with our agency

Our software company started in 2018 and since then have been developing solutions for hotels and restaurants. In 2019 we launched two of our products onto the market. The first being DisplayHub, a cloud-based digital signage solution. Then ConciergeHub, a mobile order and pay solution with a difference. The difference being that it wasn’t an app and built using appless technology. At this point we also rebranded the agency to Hospitality Digital Services. Why? It made more sense to our target audience. We were actually the first UK business to launch a dedicated hotel based solution for signage, EPOS and mobile ordering. We are now well known in the industry for specialising in hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee outlets, events and corporate businesses in the UK.

We now have dropped the name ConciergeHub and DisplayHub. Merged them all into one product which is a HDS cloud SaaS platform. HDS introduced a strapline “Empowered by innovation” and also a new icon that represents the core functions of our business.

Mobile order and pay no app solutions allow payments to be made from the customers own mobile phone through a secure payment provider. The customer can also select to pay through a card machine, pay at the end through a card machine or by cash.
